Hope For Homeowners….Giving New Hope To Homeowners and an Absloute Joke To Home Lenders

The Hope for Homeowners Program has brought a lot of hope to Homeowners that are in or near foreclosure, but this hope is false because the Hope for Homeowners is nothing more then a joke to Home Lenders. Don’t be to quick to judge the lenders the Hope For Homeowners Program is a lovely thought, a lovely fairy tale. But that’s where the good news stops, actually that’s where everything about the Hope for Homeowners program stops. The reason why is simple.

The program guidelines are bogus though improved. The lenders are required under the program guidelines to write down about 20-60 %% of the mortgage, Now that is quite the mortgage modification. 30% would be about avg I would say. That’s just a bit much. I would say a more realistic figure would be about 10%. So it simply does not work. PERIOD.

Think about it. Who do you know that’s been able to take advantage of this Loan Modification program they have the nerve to call Hope For Homeowners? Have you seen any numbers in the paper since they made so called improvements? There were only two in the first sixty days and have not heard post data that signals improvement of any kind.
